Ornate jeweler-style, museum-quality, enameled eggs like these were first made famous by the House of Romanov’s imperial jeweler in the 19th century. Empress Galina is an almost foot-tall beauty balancing an ornate, royal elephant, while Empress Valentina is topped with a tiny crown. Both are cast in pewter using the ancient lost wax method before the brilliant white, blue and green enamel, faux jewels, and tiny embellishments are added. Both open to hold your tiny treasures!
